AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! Just had to let out that scream. The hot flashes are driving me up the wall! Why can't there be a time limit on this stuff! My date stamp says 2 1/2 years ago (post)...I'm past my "freshness" date and feel old and mouldy!

I am sick of these damn hotflashes! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you ladies mean. I had them really bad for quite awhile (thankfully no sweating!) but they would wake me up multiple times a night. I started taking Vit. E 400 IU every day and voila, they are all but gone. Have any of you tried that? I know everything doesn't work for everyone but this was easy and cheap and has other benefits so I am thrilled it worked for me. I'm still warm all the time but fewer flashes and not the intense kind these days. Wish you all luck!
