The threads about dizziness are all over the place. I am having a very hard time finding an area where they could all be located. Is there a way to have a threaed about it? It is the worst part of menapause.

Most of the discusssions on dizziness is under the headaches/migraines/hypertension section. Yes, I get them too but not as much now.

Yes, I have seen some there, but hard to really find there in that section.

When you say dizzy, do you mean unbalanced? I've woke up and been loopy as though I were drunk and found out mine is due to low electrolytes. I've been drinking a small glass of water with a tsp of salt, tsp of baking soda and having a couple of bananas a day and it has helped quite a bit.

Not sure where the post should reside but if you can do a search and use Dizzy as the key word and find them.

You could always PM the board administrator and ask if Dizziness could be started as a separate heading in the board discussions.

I did write to a moderator a day or two ago.

Yes, it is unbalanced. Lightheaded, like I will faint. Heart pounding, red and hot. I am on a higher dose of Climera patch. Everything was going great for a year after my hysterectomy. This is strange. I will be looking for help. I am fine sitting. Just moving around.

I do not have low blood pressure. That is what it feels like though. I check it often. It is normal to high normal.

I have seen a lot of post about it, but no one has had any ideas.

I have been to the doctor, blood tests are not back but I know they will be fine, just hoped for others to have ideas.

I would like to see a dizziness thread... I have been feeling lightheaded for a week. I have never had any problems before and I am very concerned. Went to the ER, had every possible test (CT, EKG, blood, chest x-ray, etc.) and all negative. Only odd thing is my blood pressure is elevated, and is higher when I stand - which is opposite from most people. Wondering if anyone knows about this, and believe a dizziness thread in the admin forum area would help. Thanks! MK
