Oh noooo... wah! I was hoping post meno it would go awaaaaay! mad.gif Do you have this feeling every day? Or do you notice it's just once a month, particularly bad??? (I've read even post-meno there are still surges of horomones once a month).

My other question for you, do you take airplanes for vacation/business? A dear friend has this dizzy thing often now and swears it began after a long flight to Fiji. CC

There are actually crystals in your ears that can become dislodged and cause dizziness. There are exercises on the internet that you can do to put them back in place. Do a search for ear crystals, and I'm sure you'll find them. Good luck!

Hi "Ll"

Well, as a person who has had this dizzy thing for over 8 years now, it sounds like you may have Labrynthitis or Benign Positional Vertigo (which I have). Yes, it does come and go and sometimes the 'spells' are worse than other times. Weather changes and allergies can definitely play a roll in it. I have about 3 other good friends with the same thing, it's surely not fun! Please try not to worry...sometimes Meclizene (over the counter and used for motion sickness), helps some people. It never seemed to work for me. I just tough it out and it's not easy being 62!

Hang in there. If I can be of further help, please feel free to ask.

Hugs,

Kathy
