I have recently been experiencing a pins and needles feeling in my arms hands and face. It is sometimes in my feet also.
Please tell me if any of you ladies out there might be having this also. It is starting to freak me out because of course when you google it all this frightening stuff comes up that it could be.
But I did read an article that said that it could be menopausal. It said when estrogen fluctuates that that this can happen. I have been on BHRT for 3 years and have not had this problem.
It seems to have worsened after I went to the chiropractor so maybe it could be a pinched nerve or something.
Help put my mind at ease if you can ladies. Thanks
Fried

Have you ever asked your Dr. about it?

The only thing that you did wrong was google your symptoms, never, I mean never google your symptoms... cool.gif

I have had that too, keep track as to the time of day, ie morning, evening, duration and intensity. Then bring up to your doctor, for sure many women get this, but tingling can be nerve related to do.... Your DC (chiropractor) would probably be a good start. But I do get this from time to time too, and yes it is freaky feeling... The funny thing, is when I would get as a kid, you know when you sit on your knees to long, I would think wow, that feels cool. Now as we age, same symptom, and I am like what the heck was that....

Lol. So true how our perspective on things change as we age.
Thanks Becca

I had tingling like--arms, legs, feet, hands-- that when my hormones were all screwed up after childbirth/breastfeeding at age 38. I was convinced it was MS of course and had a test of my electrical nerve impulses which came out fine. It was a combination of hormones and anxiety in my case.

Me too 'sissy'
I tingled like a bell until anti-anxiety Med. calmed me down.
I also found that keeping caffeine and sugary products did help
Also I drink no alcohol as I light up like a Neon Sign.

All the Best
