I am sort of tired today, so tonight around 7:00 pm, I started reading, and all of a sudden my eyes got heavy and then ZAP! right above my right eyebrow. Then I got a quick rush through my body, from the toes to my head and then it was over. It was totally creepy. NOw, the combination of tiredness, sinuses really acting up and TMJ being really, really bad must have made this happen. I was trying to stay calm, so I went for a 1/2 hour walk with my hubby. Got stuck in the rain, which was great. My head is still stuffy and my ears, jaw etc, are in pain along with the feeling of ponytails pulling my skin around my temples. That I can live with, but that quick zap freaked me out.

Anyone else get a quick one like that?

Good Morning Enough:

I know how you feel about those zaps, I'm sorry its happening to you. I get them also, I had one last nite while watching t.v. All of a sudden I got this zap in my head and this tingling sensation that started at the top of my head and ran to my toes in just seconds, then it was gone. I just sat there going oh no not this again. It feels almost like your startled really hard but you weren't. ITs the oddest feeling, of course then the mind just reacts naturally and the anxiety sets in. I hate these zappy things, it happens to me alot at work when I'm sitting at my desk or sitting talking to someone, all of a sudden ZAP and I freak. They only last a second but its long enough to scare me. I feel almost as if its the postion of my head, and afterwards sometimes I get this nasty neck headache thing afterward. I know how you feel, its a bit scarey having these odd things happen that never did before and now you think your body has taken on it own life and you have no control. I do hope they don't last long for you.

Hugs, Patty

Thanks for answering. I hope you feel better too, they are so annoying. Getting them at work must be awful, trying to on with the day like everything is fine, yuck.

Have a good day.
