Hey searching around for either a better multi or a multi w/herbal properties that can help...

This company has a PMS Formula, which I tend like due to the anxiety aspect of my symptoms....

Just thought I would share... Not sure if I am going go w/them or not, going to do some more research. If I find some other good links will post....


The only thing that I am not so crazy about is the Magesium Sterate in both products, been trying to stay from vits that have that as an inactive ingredient....

Let you know if I find anything else, and/or more info...

I just wanted to add...

They both have a nice magnesium to calicium ratio, as well as a great zinc to copper ratio too...

The menopause formula also has Co-Q10 which is good too....

Woud love to find one multi that has alot of these already in it, just trying to cut back on the number of supps I take every day.... like I said, confusing, confusing...

I was going to post links for two supplements that I take and while looking for them, I found this.
I'll continue to look for the links to the supplements and post them. I'm pretty sure you can get this stuff in the States. Up in the top right corner, there is a spot to help find where.

I use the EstroSense and adrenal supplements. The EstroSense has everything in it that we should be taking. It's a great supplement for peri.
Tell your son you NEED it.....;-)

I was just thinking how funny it was, that orginally I wasn't even looking into those two ingredients, and then I came across them. Apparently they can do wonders for ridding the body of extra estrogen built up in the body. My gosh I have learned so much this summer about this stuff, thank GOD for the WORLD WIDE WEB, hey...
