A show happen to come on, called Natural Living, and this gentleman was explaining various herbs. It talked about a herb called Maca Root, and said it is really great for women w/peri and meno symptoms. Apparently this herb can help regulate hormonal imbalances... Did a little searching on it, and there appears to be articles that support this claim, I was wondering if anyone has ever tried and/or heard of it...

Here's some links...

Apparently this was an independent study done on it, and although I have not read the entire article, the study itself is quite impressive... I honestly just skipped down to the summary, and I don't know, looks pretty promising... I am going to keep the link, and soon as I get some more paper (son still likes to make paper airplaines...LOL) I will print it out and read...
