I heard that vitamins help your AD work better, anyone hear of this, or can it make things worse. I posted this on another forum, wasn't sure which was best.

I've never heard that it makes the AD work better, but a jillion people have told me I need to take vitamins. So I guess I'd better start! smile.gif

I know B vitamins are good for people experiencing stress or depression so I take a good B complex. Fish oil is supposed to help your AD work better. There were some studies done that utilized fish oil for people whose AD's had pooped out. Don't remember how many grams were used but it supposedly helped kick start their AD response again.
