Hi Ladies,

Well I know in my last post I stated we were getting a female miniature pincher named Asia. Well to make a long story short we ended up with a bichon frise poodle cross we names Cooper. He is adorable and gentle and even though I 've only had him for a couple of hours I am already completely in love with him. He's my first dog and I am so excited. Here are just a few pics.... I'll post more later.

What an adorable little baby face Enjoy!

Thank-you Ladies! I'm on EST so you can see it's quite early here. It's our first morning with him and he is ready to play. I took him out for a walk already (needed toothpicks to keep my eyes open!)

We took him to Wal-mart yesterday and everybody ohhed and ahhed I know he's just a dog but I did feel like the proud parent LOL

He is the sweeetest. Loves to cuddle hasn't barked yet. He whimpered a little bit at first but seems to be adjusting well to his new surroundings. Loves to be held. We took him to my parent's house yesterday and my parent's went nuts. My father calls him Coo-Poo! They "babysat" yesterday while we went grocery shopping and when we came back Coop was snuggled up next to my father fast asleep!

When I woke up this morning he was still at the foot of the bed and I could feel him moving around nuzzling different parts of my body (hasn't shown interest in his dog bed) When I finally did open my eyes he was staring at me. He immediately started rolling around on the bed and kept putting his paws up on my arm!

My grandfather LOVES dogs and is looking forward to being a grandpa again ha ha!

Oh, he is simply precious!!!! I know how you feel ... don't you just want to snuggle and cuddle with him all day long??? It's just like when I brought each of my babies (human ones!) home, I wanted to hold and nuzzle them 24/7! Puppies are no different...and isn't their baby breath just the best???! I'm happy for you and feel your joy.

He is one adorable pup.......and he seems to have adapted to his life with you fast....thats how my two pups were the day we brought them home....they walked into our house and explored and got comfy right away...I remember one of them...we have kind of a counter to floor shelving unit attached to our counters...and we have knick knacks on it....he knocked all the knick knacks off and layed down on the bottom shelf...he claimed that as his bed.. LOL...so for 8 months...he used that as his bed...then he got to big...and then claimed the couch LOL
