It feels like you have fever, but you don't. Your face doesn't even seem particularly red. If this is a hot flash wouldn't it just come and go?

Does it feel like sunburn? Have you been taking any B vitamins lately, especially Niacin?
Oh yes, just hot,hot, hot. And you can't seem to cool. It is normal. I have even checked my temp. convinced I had a fever, but no. It is a strange thing.
