for the past 3 days, my back where my kidneys are seems to have this buzz going on. Ever so often it will buzz real quick and then be okay. Should I be alarmed or has anyone else been through this?

I have heard of the laddies have buzzing in the front lower part of the stomach. which i have had a few times. maybe u just feel it in the back instead. lindy
