Morning ladies,
Just thought i,d ask having suffered with neck, jaw(clicking out) shoulder aches pains.
I now appear to have 2 sore points along lower jaw either side of chin, almost feel bruise like, very tender
Not sure if it,s from clenching??OR had mystery tooth problem last month, could of pulled my head off with pain, went Dentist couldn,t find anything...
Not sure if it,s all linked
Thanks for any responses Crikey think i,ve posted on every imaginable ailment now
The jaw pain is another one of my own "mystery" symptoms that I've developed with peri! It will come on and I'll immediately think I have a tooth problem. I've been to my dentist but have no tooth problems whatsoever.
My husband, a Doctor of Chiropractic, gets referrals from dentists who have patients suffering from TMJ. My husbands helps them tremendously and he has helped me with my pains, also. They are muscular pains and need specific massage on certain "trigger point" areas. Chiropractic adjustments to my neck and jaw also help. You may need to have your jaw adjusted by a competent chiropractor who knows how to do that. It is painless and very helpful. It shouldn't cost more than about $60-120 if you find an honest Dr. like my husband!
The nerves from the neck lead all around the head, jaw, etc....amazing how it's all related and sore spots can appear all over the place!
Hang in there!
