Anyone take Bio Progesterone and feel worse? It's 10 percent,my aches seemed to have increased??

Hi,, I use compounded progesterone cream. Some of my symptoms did get worse at first. After my
second month everything is less. Hang in there. It really helps.
I have read on line that the estrogen dominance symptoms can get worse at first when you
start the progesterone.

It took me about a month to really see the difference. You just have to try to stick it out if at all possible to get a even balance going.

How much of the 10% cream are you taking and for how long have you been taking it? Are you also taking E?
