Really hoping this is hormones and not something horrible as I have now been worked yup medically seven ways to Sunday. Was out with my sister and all of our children, walked into a building to look at some tour type stuff when I got really light headed and it just wouldn't leave. I slowed down and said I didn;t feel right then my sister told my my face was really flushed. I had to sit down on a step (giant stair case in the middle of a public building...it was awesome) until I felt like I was ok. Had this pressure at the back of my head then it was gone. This all set off some panic sytmptoms for me which was also great but it all subsided (i.e did not go into an actual panic attack...which I never had those before i started having this hormonal mess).
We went on, went to lunch and it happened again while I was sitting down eating only much more mild then passed. I just felt tired later but it passed. I called my doctors office to see if I should go in and they gave me some blah blah blah about hypoglycemic moment and said no biggie.
I sure felt like a big deal especailly with the kids with us. I was so glad my sis was there.
Has this happened to anyone? Oh, if it helps my period arrived yesterday and they are getting shorter as well as starting to get longer stretches in between (like 33 days for one then 31 then 35 etc.., while the actual bleed lasts strong for about the first 4 days then really drops off) I just need to feel ok and not lose what little confidence I was starting to gain in all of this.
