Good morning,
Well, I live where it is raining, AGAIN. Boy do I know it too. I woke up so achy, everywhere. My jaw, knees, feet, ankles, hips, neck, hands and really painful fingers. I even took off my rings from swollen fingers. Typing is painful too. My sinuses are a mess as well so my head is ready to explode. I probably would benefit form a decongestant, but they make me jittery and I hate that. I have tried, glucosamine, calcium, cherry juice, ibuprofen, etc and nothing is really doing the job.

I dont' mean to complain, but where else can I go to talk? I am sure my family is sick of my complaining and you guys dont' judge so I thank you all for reading and hearing me out. I am going to try to exercise and see if it helps.

Hope you all feel good today.

Thanks everyone, you all made me smile and that doesn't hurt. Even if it did, it would be well worth it.

This is VERY interesting becuase this elixer has Malic Acid in it .. I came across this compound very early in my research as a possible substance that might relieve my body aches .. I think this is probably what is giving you the benefit ,, along with the calcium ,, I to have a great reduction of pain (knock on wood) but started with a good mag/calcium suppliment daily ,, I will see what this next cycle brings me .. but I like the looks of this elations ,, can you get it at the local super market .. ?? thanks for sharing this !

Their calcium is a Calcium, Citric Acid & Malic Acid combo.. Malic Acid adds tartness to green apples (maybe something to that "apple a day" grandma always told us about) .. thanks !

Also their glucosamine is not derived from shell fish but corn so is safe for those with food allergies

I don't know but I am currently taking tizanidine, 4 mg for muscle spasms. Unfortunately, it only lasts for two hours. It helps to keep moving but I am so pooped! I hadn't realized my muscles had gotten so tight. I also have twitches and tingles--lovely!

I also use rice packs. I make them myself. Just make a cotton long rectangle, sew into three sections, fill with white rice, sew across tops of sections. Microwave 2 1/2 to 3 minutes (I warn you, my microwave is ancient so am not sure about settings). The rice pack can wrap around any tight muscle. Ahhhh. I make a cover for mine because, er um, my microwave is not too clean, just like the rest of the house these days!

I just read an article yesterday on the LEF site about how beneficial therapeutic swimming pools at 87-92 degrees are for helping with joint health. I believe that you can check out the American Arthritis Foundatio for a pool in your area. I totally sympathize with you!
