And both of my ovaries are full of cyst along with several fibroids found in my uterus

I just dont understand it.How can Polycystic Ovarian syndrome just come out of no where at 32 years of age ?? I'm so upset

It is quite possible, it can be due to higher insulin level, if you have this condition, high insulin suppresses ovulation.
Or it could be you had this condition before without knowing it.
I know PCOS can be treated with Metformin and low carb diet, the less insulin in your system, more chance it will be resolved.
Progesterone also can help, based on fibroids seems you have more estrogen than your body can use.
Good luck,
