Does anyone ever get muscle twitches where your muscles seem to move around constantly for no reason at all when you are achey?? Feel like they want to jump out of your body? Feel like I'm going to lose my mind when it starts happening out of no where...it creeps me out!

Hi,
I get them all the time. I think alot of it is from my anxiety. I also get where if I am laying down my arm or leg will have like a jerking motion. Now that scares me. I haven't been feeling well for the last 3 months and so far drs don't know what is making me feel this way. Saw my gyne yesterday and she said it could possibly be menopause. She is checking my estrogen level and vit d and my free t4. Hopefully she will have some answer for me.

Hi
I get the tight muscles, did have shoulder surgery in February, but tight muscle go into the neck as well, it feels like tension in the muscles. It is like my muscles cannot relax. My husband gives me
a massage every night. But I wake up with it.

I get teeny twinges, medium twinges and giant twinges whenever I sit down to rest. Annoying! But the worst thing is my painfully tight muscles, which in turn pull on my tendons. Very tiring. I am undergoing physical therapy for it. If you knocked on my neck and shoulder muscles, you would bruise your knuckles sad.gif I am post menopausal but never had any problems until the calendar turned one year after my periods ended. Then I got hit with everything at once!
