Hi Girls, I am really considering other options lately. I just don't feel like I have a year to wait to feel better?Yeah, I'm not going anywhere anytime soon, I don't have anything better to do?Besides feel better than what I do LOL..I'm just wondering if there is any other alternatives????Will something work quicker?I'm wondering if I am absorbing any of this cream or not?I realize I have only bee on it for 2 months, but I'm getting impatient.

I'm assuming you are talking about progesterone???

My dr. told me that there is not enough progesterone in the cream to do any good, although, that could depend on how low you are too, I suppose..............so, he put me on sublingual drops and it did help some.

What helped me the most was the bcp and the ad's.

I'm mostly wondering about the estrogen, wondering if it is absorbed any quicker?

I just started on the generic Estrace in oral form. It's a very tiny pill and yes, I'm quite happy. I feel 'ok' on 1mg but feel much more alive and better on upwards to 2. Of course it's been less than 2 weeks so once my body adjust I may go down. Now for my list... I have been on the patches, the sublinguals, the compounded creams, the compounded gels, estragel and evamist. (sheesh, I think that's it). I could be jumping the gun here but I beleive this tiny pill is going to take care of all my issues. I've even been able to tolerate the 4mg vaginal progesterone with this and I normally have a very tough time with P.

I hate the fact that it has to bypass the liver first, but to put it simply, I want to feel good.
