I did see 'gas' listed somewhere as a peri-effect. I have read that anything from milk, to lettuce, to beans can be the culprit, but I have the problem even when I haven't eaten any of those items. I guess its just another one of those things we have to live through . . .

It's the same for me too. I know that certain things will cause me problems, they always have (ice cream, beans, etc.) Like you, I can eat a very bland diet and have problems or eat really badly (fried foods) and suffer just the same...go figure! Gas X...helps me sometimes, buy a lot of it nowadays! I really really try to watch everything that goes into my mouth anyway.
This is miserable, isn't it????
