Around day 13 of my cycle my libido goes through the roof also get a lot of sharp pain on one side, by day 14 back to normal but sometimes have brownish spotting. Anyone else have this?

yes, means you ovulating, I get same thing minus the spotting, but it is normal for some women to spot when egg is released.
There is a reason your libido is high when you ovulate, so you want to have sex and get pregnant

Trust me it's only my body that wants to get pregnant! My mind says no way. It makes sense when I think about it but at 48 with 4 kids already my pregnant days are OVER. I will try to send the message down to my uterus.

Yes, I used to find I felt incredibly sexual at the time of ovulation. Now that I'm post I miss it!

I'm having problems with this, too. I have several days during the month where my sex drive is tantamount to that of a sixteen year old male. It's almost torture! I don't have a regular period, however...I go anywhere between 16 to 34 days between periods. I've menstruated three times in the last two months. I know this is beyond my control, but I feel like a perv. I don't know anyone else in my age group who has problems with increased libido.

I say enjoy it if you can. I am post and I miss having a healthy libido terribly. So does hubby I'm afraid.
I would never have believed that someone with a superb libido like mine might end up with almost nothing. I cope, but I think that it is very sad. I also miss the naughty dreams, Sigh.................................................
