Almost migrain pain which is odd for me. Getting to the wanna puke point and can't just go to bed (happy bouncy kids at my feet!) Just wanting to vent. Thanks for listening!

I understand your pain completely. I've had my 'monthly' migraine all day today, and the pain is excruciating. Was hoping that once I became post they would go away ~ no such luck. Still get them every month. Still can't figure this one out. This is by far the WORST symptom of menopause for me. They are horrible. I hope you found some relief.

Had my first peri headache ?? yesterday ,, finally had to take something around midnight last night and lay on a heating pad.. sleep is becomming more and more elusive
