I was just wondering if anyone had heard of or tried Femarelle for menopause relief it is supposed to be tofu and flaxseed?

I have never tried it myself but other ladies have....if you do a search on this site you'll find alot of posts about it.

I don't know anything on it either, but I would like to add, it can get a little confusing. Yesterday I was looking at various items for menopause support, and I was like OMG... I was going to buy this book by Dr. Northrup, but holy cow, her book is like over 600 pages... I am sure there is alot of info, though I love to read, that's a BIG book...
