HI , this is weird im like feeling energy on my hands i am totaly good ( not ill or sth ) have been on the doctor , he didnt find anything wrong with me ... , i have question does anyone have same feeling like energy is around ( inside ) your hands ? by the way sometimes i get cold feeling then hot ... what the heck is happening to me? ...

Sounds like meno symptoms. The weird energy feeling can be power surges or part of the internal shaking (check out posts on internal shaking and anxiety). I use to have it constantly and still do when stressed or anxious. Hormomes are mixed up trying to regulate your body which causes the cold and hot flashes. I've read that your body things its cold (when it isn't) so you get hot flashes to warm you up, must be the opposite with the cold flashes. I don't know all the technical/medical terms but I'm sure someone can explain it in those terms.
