I wanted to share this with all my meno-sisters. I was having terrible, no - HORRIBLE, mood swings and anger issues. My step-mother (who is going through meno too) told me that her doctor told her to try evening primrose oil. I tried some and my mood swings/anger has really improved. I also found out about two other natural supplements - Wild Yam Root and Dong Quai (I hope I spelled that right) - that will help. I take them every day and WOW! What a difference! I have had several people tell me that I seem happier and not so "grumpy". If any of you try these, I hope they help you out! I buy my wild yam root and dong quai from Puritan's Pride because you can catch some good sales. I get the evening primrose oil at Wal Mart.
