nc53215,
I had a tubal around the same time...hmmm....never associated it with anything. What do you mean you were never the same? Just interested why you think that. Seems this might be something to research.

COUNT ME IN !! I had a tubal in 2000 I too have never been the same.I am now only 31 and have almost every dang symptom of peri-menopause..my cycles have gone CRAZY AND THEY HAVE TAKEN ME HOSTAGE

I would love to give the dr. who gave me my tubal a ball removal for not telling me the true side effects of tubals but then again maybe they had no clue...but I KNOW and it has been a terrible ride

Hummm... I had a tubal in 1984 when I was 24. BEST thing I ever did. I did start peri in my mid 30's, and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. Interesting....

I had my tubal ligation in 1991, after the birth of my 3rd child...never had any adverse reactions from it! I was just happy that I never had to worry about birth control again! My cycles and everything else stayed the same.

I had a tubal in 1990 which threw me headlong into peri with full force - no Docs would believe me because I was 37 at the time - 4 years later I was in full meno!

I have done many years of research trying to find answers for all my symptoms.I have several links i'm going to post, I hope that's ok and not against the rules.I have read countless times that sometimes the blood flow to the ovaries is compromised which leads to reduced production of hormones and eventually premature ovarian failure thats the technical term for any woman going through menopause earlier than 40.I have alot of friends who have had tubals and out of the 11 of us there are only 2 who have had no symptoms of PTLS but for the rest of us the list is long and almost identical. 6 of them went on to have complete hysterectomys .
Here is some info

It must be like peri ....some women have a hard time while some women breezed right through it . Ha... well at least that one time I was the one who breezed right through .
