I thought that I'd check again to see if anyone has found relief from arthritis aches and pains.
My knees are really bothering me to where I have to brace myself to get up from a sitting position. Once I'm up and walking around I feel fine. It's just that they get stiff when I remain seated for any period of time.
I'm taking glucosamine which helps along with coq10, but I can tell that I need something else.
My weight is also an issue. I know that if I could get rid of at least **

pounds it would take some of the pressure and stress off my knees. I'm really trying

.
The tmj is doing well as long as I eat soft foods, don't talk or laugh too much (a challenge for me

), and I use the mouth splint when I'm sleeping.
I'm also using a medicated salve on my knees at night which really helps, but the smell is just not something you'd want to wear in public

.
Any suggestions
Yes, I know of of few things that are effective. Shark Cartilage helps to cushion joints. It also cuts down on inflammation.
Also hydrolonic acid.
The Shark C. is amazing. If you will take fish oil (warning ...it is yucky!) that will make a big difference, too. It seems to lubricate everything and makes your joints feel fluid.
The glucosamine is fine, but it takes a while to work. I started out with that supplement. It helped, but it did not give the relief that I was seeking.
I have even bought these supplements for friends and forced them to take them. Each person that have tried these things, thanked me and repaid me (in many ways) every time. They have forced others to take this combination, too, with excellent results. The Shark C takes a few weeks to work, but it does work.
I take NOW brand of shark C. It is about $11.00 a bottle. You do not need the expensive stuff.
Once you try it, you will be hooked and push it, too. LOL!Since starting bios, I have noticed that I have dropped weight and my body has gone into "healing" mode, but these supplements helped before the bios. I Shebee promise that they work. You will not be wasting your money.
As for the TMJ, many times it is caused by stress. Watch yourself ....are you clenching your jaw? I remember a time when I would constantly do this and was having problems. I continually had to relax my jaw because I was clamping down on it. I think at the time I had unresolved anger. (and yes, I know this sounds dumb. LOL!)
This will work,
Shebee Promise!
Please try it and post back to us!
