I have been hearing a lot about this book, and have read some reviews on Amazon. Seems she talks a lot about getting all the chemicals (hormone disruptors) out of our diets and homes, and that will help with our hormone balance and ultimately weight loss. Sounded like something a lot of women here would be interested in, so I was wondering if anyone had read it or had an opinion.
I always go out and spend money on these books, and they all end up saying about two things I could have read in 5 minutes and not paid $20 for, so I am looking for other opinions before I buy it.
Anyone read it yet?
Not, but I have read dozens of similar, same old concept. As for Jullian, ask her what hormonal cocktail she is on, as she has a square jaw and such a deep voice now.......that screams testosterone.

She was on the Biggest Loser show also, she is all hype.
The same concept applies: eat low carb, low fat, high protein, no dairy, no wheat, no sugar, berries, veggies, no starches, except of 1/2 cup once a day, and watch every morsel that goes to your body. Work out with weights, lift heavy and make it a life style, alternate cardio and weights, if you body can handle.
You would need to live in a capsule to get all the chemicals and hormones out of your home and body.
You can browse this book on amazon, without spending another $15, I have donated all mine to local library.

Those fitness guru ladies use brutal exercise regimens, eat mostly high protein diet, and take steroids to have very low body fat. If this would be easy, everyone would look like Jullian Michaels, not like I like her looks.
Naturally, it is possible for 20-30 yo, but harldy if someone is 50+, unless you hire a trainer, miticiously count your calories, eat only 100% clean, high protein and low fat and low cars, and take supplements and better some testostrerone too.
Ask Gia from PS, she is a BB and is in great shape, she has a tip of two I am sure.
