Okay, I'm not sure if it is something I ate, or what, but Saturday night hubby and I went out and I had the worst PMS emotional symptoms ever- On the way home in the car (midnight or so) I couldn't figure out if I was laughing or crying or what. Out of control roller coaster emotion and balling. Now the weird part.
5am I wake up because the 'urge' to empty my bowels, to put it nicely, is intense. I stood up to get my robe and literally had to flop back on bed because of such intense light-headness and dizziness. I stood up to try again, and -flop- down I go again. I finally got to bathroom and emptied my system out completely, went back to bed, and woke up Mother's Day feeling kind of pukey and under the weather. Wasn't sure if I could go to brunch, but went and by the time the meal came, just about felt up to par again. When I got home and went to the restroom, sure enough, I had started to spot. I felt almost normal, besides the cramping and bloating of course. No fever, no more stomach problems, etc.
Has anyone else had this type of issue due to hormone imbalances? The dizziness I can understand, but diarrehea (sp?) half a day before I start? I've heard of folks having that problem when actually starting, because of the pain and cramping, but this was hours before I started.
I finally started after 37 days (just recently changed to long cycle instead of 24 days) but had some weird things go on with my body before I did.
