Interesting, Ive been taking vit. D calcium/magnesium along with other vitamins and suppliments for years and it dosent seem to help me with the aches and pains. I didnt even realize that it could. I know that Vit. E can help with that as it can reduce inflamation, but for me dosent seem to make much difference.

I just this past week bumped up my E to 200mgs. 3 times a day so Im hoping maybe Ill see a difference in the next few weeks.
I take a 500 mgs. calcium with 250 mgs. magnesium twice a day. Its my understanding that the magnesium should be half the dosage of the calcium to work properly.
I also notice the aches are worse when it rains, my main problems are my arms, especially above the elbows. Ive had them checked and they just cant find anything so I have to believe its the meno, though I would have never even considered that till I actually started looking into all the symptoms of menopause. I go see my Dr about the bhrt this week and hoping maybe along with helping with the flashes and sleep issues it will give me some muscle ache relief.
