I recently went to see a ayurvedic practitioner. He said I had estrogen dominance as one of my issues. He gave me the name of four suppliments to take to stop the bad estrogen from taking over my body and to balance my hormones. I was wondering if anyone has ever taken any of these products and if yes, any feedback would be appreciated.

Myomin, DIM, Ch-F and Hormone Balance. I can supply the makers of these as well...if needed.

Yes on the DIM for me. When I was very early peri, I was E dominant for a while. Now, I am taking BHT and take a supplement called Estrosense which contains DIM, Indole 3 Carbinol, sulphurofane and a few other things. It helps your body rid itself of both extra estrogen and the estrone that comes from estradiol.
I live in Canada, don't know if you can get it in the States.
Good luck with the supplements. They take time, but if they're of good quality they'll do the job.
