I am so scared I am terrified, I don't want to feel this way, some body help me...Please...

Chris are you still cycling?

Are you cycling the progesterone cream to co-ordinate with your own hormone cycles?

Perhaps the P you are using is not right for you or you need it in combination with something else.

Hang in there girl!

Did you post your saliva results? -

Chris,
While saliva tests have been shown to be accurate to determine cortisol levels in adrenal function, they are not reliable for sex hormones. You really need a blood test.

And if you have been into peri for awhile, most likely you are low in E, and taking P just makes low E symptoms much, much worse. You might want to check out posts withing the past month or so having to do with hormones. A lot of good info and people's experiences to learn from.

P for me is evil. And for many other women. It caused me to have massive anxiety, panic, and high blood pressure. It's known as the "make you sad, make you fat" hormone since many people get depressed and gain weight on it.

You might want to stop it until you get serum tests done.

Those symptoms you are having are typical low estrogen symptoms.
