I don't know what is going on. The bottom of my feet seem to hurt most of the time...mostly my right foot. If I go to the store to shop I am so ready to leave because of my feet...sometimes I wonder if I am going to make it to my car!!

I can sympathize, but mine goes to all my joints as well. The foot thing is annoying though, hard to do anything. I dont' have a solution, just want to tell you I understand and hope it ends.

I also have been having bouts of this to. The only thing I can say is check your shoes I stopped wearing any kind of heel, or even sandles. I have had bad feet cause they are flat , LOL, but am trying to stick to comfy shoes.
I have been massaging them with TRAUMEEL you can google it, I have soaked the poor dears in epson salt. I have even put Capzacium hot cream on them.
I know when I have been on my feel all day , groc shopping, cleaning and not taking a break I pay for it at nite. If you find any working remedies let me know to.
Take care

Oh I forgot I also have been taking Omega 3's, and need to start my calcium/zinc/magnesium supplements.

I sit all day at work but even when I get up to move around they hurt...like I said mostly my right one. It feels bruised right behind my toes on the bottom side. I wear good tennis shoes when I walk and never wear sandals. I do wear some slip on shoes but never with a heel.
It just started about a month ago. I soak my feet sometimes but mostly I just rub them at night...still not helping.

I suffered with foot pain for probably over a year!! I never did discover an actual "cause" but it was very annoying and inconvenient. I started BHRT and the feet stopped hurting. I went thru a spell, even on the BHRT, where my ankles would just ache! I would apply ice and heat, neither of which really worked, although the ice would help bring down the swelling, as the ankles were actually swollen. Now I believe I was retaining fluid (it happened last summer) and once the temps cooled off, my ankles stopped hurting.
I wish I had an answer for the feet, I was so worried I would end up crippled and unable to walk long distances with those painful feet.

Glad you found something to help you!!

I have fat ankles too...retaining fluid. You sure can't do much if you can't walk!!

Right foot has been hurting for some time, feels like smallest two toes are crossed over. My chiro massages it and it gets better for a while. But today when I woke up, exact same thing in my left foot - and it's never had that before.
It often feels as if my soles are burning up.
Tried on a pair of old boots today as well and they are not at all comfortable... obviously there are some changes going on.

Hi Shirley,
Well it's so frustrating isn't it? Mine feels bruised all the time and I need to walk to help me lose some weight and this isn't helping. I hate to spend the time and money to go to a doctor for this. Mine feels like I am walking on just the bone...no padding at all.

I also have foot pain. I know it's hormonal because it comes and goes with my cycle. It usually lasts for several days so I switch to exercising on my bike for awhile instead of my usual walking routine....

Try swimming to help with weight loss. I go regularly, it has really helped.
