Has anyone experienced the feeling when standing up (including after peeing) of bubbles in the vulvar area? I had this several months ago and it drove me batty and then it stopped and now it's come back again. I had a transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound in November and a cystoscopy around the same time. I am far into post-menopause and do also have an ovarian cyst and fibroid, which my doctor doesn't seem concerned about. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced these annoying bubbles.

sounds like some one is having a party down there- lol

Any ideas what causes it? And why it lasts for weeks at a time?

I have this too. Some ladies complain of extra dryness maybe we have extra wetness that causes the bubbles?

I've had it forever! I've always attributed it to yeast, usually in the luteal phase of my cycle!

Yep. Not to be gross, but it's like a vaginal f**t. I get this all the time. I hate it particularly when it's time for my period because the movement down there will make me think I started and am passing a clot or something equally disgusting.

I am way post-menopause though. It seems to get worse after I've urinated and stand up and walk around.

When you have these, do they last for a while? Mine sort of hang on. I'm wondering if they could be related to a vaginal or urinary infection? It's just so annoying because they won't go away. And why don't doctors know what they are? Neither my internist or the urologist seem to know what I am describing.

Ha Ha, I was just thinking it must because I need to get some... If you know what I mean!
