Hi,
I've been taking this med since February for migraines (of which I've had at least 8) I love it! It's my first prescription med for migraines, I always suffered through them before, while trying OTC meds, which mostly didn't work.
My dosage is 2 at onset of headache. (If I have an aura, I take them immediately...carry them in my purse at all times) Then, if headache remains, 1 per hour for a total of 5 pills max. They usually work for me after 4 pills. Sometimes, the headache remains, but it is mild enough for me to function rather normally. My 20 yo son just used them on Monday, and it took 4 pills for him also, and he was thankful as he didn't vomit like he usually does during migraines. It has a mild sedative in it which explains your drowsiness. I like that it makes me feel a bit relaxed. I copied this from a RX site:

COMMON USES: This medicine is an analgesic, vasoconstrictor, and sedative combination used to treat migraine and tension headaches.

Hope you have a good, headache-free day!
