OK, not having a good day. It's the shaking/anxiety/foggy kind of day. You know the plug thing in the back of the toilet that every so often just doesn't want to stay put? You have to take the top off the back and put it back on so the water can fill in the tank. Just couldn't think through why it was happening so I didn't deal with it, just kept putting the rubber thing back on. After about 6 times I lost it. I grabbed the top and set it on a chair, not to gently and Boom down it went on the floor. Of course it cracked in half. Lesson...should have stopped when the anger/rage hit so bad and counted to 10 (or 100 these days) beforehand then I wouldn't have to deal with finding a top that fits the toilet. Had this happen before and believe it or not it's hard to find the right shape to fit. I ended up with a pink top on a blue toilet.

So - 1....2....3.....4.....5.....6..........................might help.

I know just what you mean about those "little annoyances." You can put my husband in that catagory most of the time....

It is so funny you posted this because I did that same thing and guess what? I was so mad about hubby not fixing it, I did not replace the top!!! He hates it but I told him when he fixed I will replace it. Also every time it gets stuck, I call out to him to come fix. Eventually, he will replace it.

Texasgirl, these days I do not like my husband at all. I try to be good but am losing at that.

Somedays I have the anger/rage so bad!!! The other day the batteries died in the remote and instead of simply replacing them (an any normal sane person would do - ha ha), I threw it across the room. When my hubby ask me why I did that, I told him the batteries needed replacing. A lot of time my anger can be switched on like a light switch! Inside I am trying to tell myself to calm down but on the outside, WATCH OUT!
