I wanted to report how I am doing OFF of all hormones. I have been off of all hormones "cold turkey" for 2 months and I am doing great. I have never felt better and the fog has lifted. I had been on BHRT for 2 1/2 years and it was too hard to balance no matter what I did. I just had enough and stopped. I sleep through the night now and have energy all day long. All depression is gone and anxiety too. All I take is vitamins and homeopathic SEPIA 30 C once daily in water that I sip on all day long. It can take 1 month of homeopthic sepia for every year that someone has suffered with imbalance. I have no intentin of ever using a hormone again . You can take sepia under the tongue or put it in bottled water 5 to 10 beads per day. If more is needed you can use more according to the package directions. I use abchomeopathy.com

Wendy are you post or still in peri? I came off hormones cold turkey whilst not quite post and I suffered dreadfully. I had severe and incessant symptoms, I couldn't function. It was oral HRT that I stopped which contained a bioidentical estradiol and a synthetic progestogen. I don't know if the type of HRT or the time someone's been taking it or the stage one's at in peri when you stop make a difference - or maybe what people use to get them over the withdrawal period.

In desperation, I went to see a private doctor specialising in menopause 2 months after stopping HRT and started using natural progesterone cream and a variety of vitamins and dietary supplements. Gradually things got better until now I'm feeling very well indeed.

Dear Wendy
So glad you are feeling great!I tried to come off the HRT and managed a year of what I can only describe as a living Nightmare.Did try all the Vitamins and supplements etc. but no luck so had to go back on the hormones which then took about another three months to kick in.

Have never heard of "Sepia"Could you please give me some information of what it is used for?
Thank You
And long may you continue to feel well!

Best Wishes
Elizabeth

SEPIA is a homeopathic remedy for women who have peri, post , menopause symptoms and PMS. It can be taken under the tongue or in water and drank all day long. My own mom is now off all hormones and has been post for a while and doing great on Sepia. You can look is up on www.abchomeopathy.com
