I feel the same way -- thank goodness I don't have to drive on the freeway to work, but I have to deal with idiots who I am not sure how they got their license but irritate me all the way here! They seem to flock to me, and there is no way out!

Or....I went to the store the other day a kid was screaming at the top of his lungs from one end to the store to the other. I was there for an hour and heard it the whole time. i get that you shouldn't give in to kids but there's got to be a point where you take him out of the store until he calms down.

Something about Walmart isn't it? I have had some of my worst moments at Walmart where I just wanted to kill. At one point I was avoiding Walmart. Talk about anger issues.

I can definitely relate. I lived in Houston for 20 years and I dare someone to find worse traffic. I've talked to a cab driver who worked in Manhattan and a trucker who worked in CA and both said Houston traffic was worse. They drive like maniacs, and at the same time there is so much traffic that it's constantly backed up. There's no such thing as rush hour in Houston...thare are traffic jams all the time. I once got stuck in traffic because of an accident -- at 2am on a Monday morning. I'm not bad about active road rage, but I have done my share of screaming at cars and giving the middle finger salute.
As for Wal-Mart, those people drive me crazy too. What is it about that place that slows everybody down (including the cashiers) and causes their kids to start screaming?!! Are they pumping something through the A/C? That doesn't seem to happen at Target. What's up with that?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJoiWAyjFtwOMG, I was just cleaning out all the junk on my computer and ran across this video from a while back and thought it would be perfect to send to you all. It's hilarious and even more so to find that someone else thought exactly the same thing about sharing it!!! Too funny! I know I feel this way driving around sometimes when all these people are getting in my way with apparently the rest of eternity to get to whereever it is that they obviously don't have to be anytime soon! It really gets tiring holding my lead foot up off the gas pedal. I wish they would be more considerate and let me roar past!

that was a really funny video. ha. Wish I could find a place to do that. I know some friends who would participate in the demolision(sp) derby. People have gone fool with their driving around here, too. lol
