Any ideas, ladies?

It seems to be sporadic, but I find I'm retaining more water lately. Argh! I drink a lot, eat veggies and have just started drinking green tea.

What else can I do? I definitely don't want to "do drugs" to eliminate the problem.

It's not only a drag, but it's uncomfortable, too!!! I looked up a few things to see how to help water retention naturally.....(I don't want to do HRT OR water pills).....and I found these help a little bit.

Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Parsley

I also drink a lot of water and try to take a little walk if I can everyday. It helps to keep the bod moving.

Don't sit for long periods of time if you can help it..........

The above things help me and they hopefully will help you, too.

I can't wait for this peri meno crapola to be OVER!!!!!!!!

It's hard not to sit when you have a desk job, but I do try to stand and move around my cubicle a bit every now and then.

And you're right...I can't wait for all this crapola to be done with!!!

Also make sure you go light with the salt shaker and foods that are high in sodium. This one is hard for me personally...I like to salt everything! Then I can't put my rings on,my fingers are so puffy!

I'm not even a salt junkie and I have trouble with swelling! And something you may not have thought of - I hadn't - the salt in Spring Water! They don't have to label how much salt - and it must be alot, because a while back I was trying to avoid too much local, salty water and drinking lots of bottled water. I tried Spring Water and couldn't understand why my swelling got so much worse until I realized it WAS the Spring Water!!! I look at all the salt content on water now - only get the 0 sodium stuff!!!
