Hi lovely ladies..

Ok my issue today, well started last night.. is I feel off balance.. dizzy so to speak. I am on the BC Alesse pill and just started on my pill after a week on my cycle.. but have never had these feelings. I am also taking a NSAID for headaches.. ahhh the 40's are just so great! I get the buzziness too in my limbs...

Anyhow anyone else ever feel like this.. like off balance and you are leaning towards one side more?

Yup, I spent years feeling slightly dizzy, sometimes very dizzy. The closer I got to menopause the dizzier I got. For a time I had to lean against walls or hold on to counters for fear of falling over. I am good now, only feel dizzy when I am very tired.

I too have been having trouble with dizziness/vertigo. It is very scary. Does anyone else feel like they are way off balance which makes you nauseated?

I've been like that all day today. Posted about it on the anxiety board but have gotten zero responses. Must have been the wrong board. Not sure what this means but I feel like this the worst about a week after my period. Today is day 6. I'm wondering if some hormone doesn't drop or surge at this time.???
