I have a job interview at 3:00 pm today for a domestic violence/sexual assault advocate. I so so SO want this job! I worked for an abuse program twenty plus years ago and told them preapplying that I did not have current knowledge or exp but would be more than willing to obtain the training they needed, so I was really surprised when they called! This would be a WONDERFUL job to have...especially this time since it also involves the legal side which I LOVE! I'll let you know how it goes!

I interviewed last week for two jobs as Hospice (in MD) which were the same jobs I performed while working for Hospice in FL and they said I was over-qualified.

This is the first time in my life I've applied for unemployment. I am bored to death and I think I need to volunteer a few hours a day while putting in resumes for jobs. I think I'll try volunteering at the SPCA.

I was laid off on Feb 13th from my former employer and work is difficult to find.
