Hi ladies
I started seeing a dietitian a few weeks ago. I had to stop due to the cost. But what she told me really helped and I'm trying to get back on it. The paleo diet is eating nothing processed, common sense right? Anyway she told me to eat this:
3 proteins a day
2 fruits a day
all the greens I want.

I chose low fat proteins, chicken and fish. Oranges, apples and bananas. Then salads consisting of lettuce, tomato/cucombers with a small amt of any dressing I wanted. Within two weeks I had lost ten lbs and a lot of belly fat.

I would make a whole chicken and green beans then the next day make homemade chicken soup, no noodles but peas and carrots.

I felt so good I'm starting back on it tomorrow. Many people think you don't have to cal count while on this diet but I do. Cals do count.

Hugs/Love

OOps, I meant to post this under the low carb/dieting section. Sigh. Still learning I guess. If someone could move it for me I'd appreciate it?
