Good, basic informative guide for dissuading the use of HRT....however, they just want you to buy their herbal product!
I do agree with what they are saying though.

Phytoestrogens make me feel almost as terrible as HRT. I stopped using them about three weeks ago and feel 100% better without them. My symptoms have now reduced to virtually nothing. I thought they were supposed to be helping me feel better!
It's three years since my surgical menopause and my body is beginning to settle on its own thank goodness!
