I read about this item here-- and bought one. Thought I should report how amazing it is. I have terrible hot flashes, as soon as I fall asleep I get them. Since using the jade pillow cover, I now mostly sleep through the night without hot flashes waking me up! I highly recommend this-- as it certainly worked for me, and might be helpful for others.
It's made of small jade pieces, knotted together. It lies on top of you pillow. I found mine at a site called sleepcool,. or sleepingcool. They come from china.
Such a relief to get good sleep.

Thanks Joyce, I read about them too and would love to get one for my MIL. She has always for as long as I've known her (30+ years) had a problem with profuse sweating. I'm sure she would love it but the site I saw seemed rather expensive. I'll look again. Thanks for reminding me!
