Full Version: Tendonitis in the knees - any tips for pain?
Saw the doc today finally & he told me what i had. Got it from pulling my legs a month ago when i climbed too many castle steps on holiday! Has left my tendons suceptible to inflammation, and am currently experiencing a painful flare up. If anyone has had this 7 has any tips for pain relief i'd be grateful. I can't take ibruprofen cos of stomach issues.

Have you thought about asking your Dr. for the pain reliever suppositories?
