Does anyone else get a pins and needles feeling all over there face when their having a hot flash ? Feels like a prickly sunburn >> IS THIS NORMAL ? It really scares me

Yes I have experienced this,I think it is just part of the hot flash for some of us.It is a strange feeling!!GOD-bless

Yes, I get those too in my face and head...it is unnerving. I pray a lot...heavy sigh! I hope things get better for you...
