I've been having this feeling in my right eye on and off for a while; lately it's more on. It kind of feels like when your eyelid twitches, but there's no movement that I've been able to see. It doesn't feel like something's in my eye--it feels like it's in my lid and against the eyeball. It almost feels like a wrinkle inside my eyelid. I've looked in my eye and eyelid with my super-magnifying mirror and nothing looks wrong at all. Anyone have this kind of eye feeling? BTW, I've tried drops for dry eye and they have no effect good or bad.

Oh well, one more thing to add to the list. laugh.gif

In other unrelated news, I scheduled surgery for my shoulder: tear in rotator cuff, tendonitis, and bone spur. I'm elated that I'll be in the process of fixing something that bothers me! YAY!! biggrin.gif

I have the eye twitch but it's a definite twitch. Your's sounds more like an eyelash that has grown inside the lid of your eye and is scratching your eyeball. You should really have someone look at it. What they do is to fold the eyelid inside out so to speak and pull it out somehow.. or at least this is similar to the way my MIL discribed what they did with hers. The removal itself wasn't painful even though it sounds more like torture.

Even so.. I think I'd rather have my twitch... although it's driving me crazy. Good luck,

Good luck to you, too, Carol. I don't think I have an eyelash in there...I've pretty much examined the inside of the lid and there's nothing there. And my eyeball isn't irritated and it doesn't feel scratched. It's just weird. But I appreciate the reply. smile.gif

Thanks Parlie, I hope you find out what it is or better yet I hope it plays it's course and stops on it's own.

Good luck,
Ronibuni
I have that EXACTLY and mine is caused by stress and/or lack of sleep(so my doctor tells me)...it doesn't hurt anything it just annoys you when you are already annoyed(right?)

Calcium and magnesium is calming. Try that. Milk and foods with both and also potasium maybe, bananas. We can all get kooky problems with not enough rest and minerals. Sometimes easy things can help.
