Well girls I woke up this morning with a red rashy/bumpy area on my chest. It itches and burns somewhat. It just came out of nowhere. I started saturday and then this. Is there anything I can do for this and how long will it last?

I'd look first at other causes and rule them out: new laundry detergent/fabric softener, soap, lotion, cologne/perfume, allergens.
