I suffer with GERD and find at times that even the medication I take, Lansaprazole, doesn't control the symptoms and then I feel really down because the symptoms affect my life so much, especially on top of all the other menopause symptoms. I recently came across the 'Great Taste No Pain' diet by Sherry Brescia, which basically says that it is the combinations of foods that we eat that cause us problems, so it is a matter of learning which foods can be combined and which combinations should be avoided. Has anyone heard of this way of eating, or tried it?
