Ladies, I would like to ask you to pray for Karen. She is going to see a headache specialist at Montefior Headache Center this Thursday as she has been suffering with daily headaches for a very long time. Please pray that this neurologist (this will be the third one she has seen) can figure out how to help her. I know that she will appreciate the good thoughts and prayers.

You made me cry again...that's twice today not cut that out. I'm am touched and overwhelmed by your love and concern. You are a precious gem to me.

I thank everyone here who responded for your thoughts and prayers and love all of you. I pray for everyone here almost daily, with special prayers for those who are sick and really suffering to extremes.

My therapist also directed me towards an acupuncturist who practices homeopathy. I spoke with her and she thinks my headache is hormonal so I'm also gonna giver her a try this Wednesday. She said she could make me feel better in 5 visits and thinks my problems is from hormones when we looked of my menstrual cycle log I've kept. I promised myself I was going to get agressive in finding myself some help this year and I have started my process.

I'll be thinking of you Kar this week. I pray you get some answers and some relief from the alternative therapy, anything is worth a go. I'm convinced hormones play a big part in headaches as I had had them almost daily for the past 7 months then this last month they disappeared just like that but have been replaced by another more unnerving symptom as you well know since we have been corresponding. Give anything a go Kar, I have done just that and have had some quite good results from some things and bad results from others but I still try as there must be some relief out there somewhere we just have to find it.

Oh I could just cry...I just got a call and they cancelled my appointment on Thursday. They rescheduled it for Monday. I guess it could have been worse. I put together a 10 page log (everything that I've posted on here and another site) for the dr. too and they won't let me fax the paperwork prior to my visit - oh well.

Oh, (((Karen))). I could cry too. I know how badly you want to get these headaches under control.

I am glad they rescheduled you for Monday. When I read the first part of your post, I thought, "they are going to make Karen wait at least a couple of weeks to a month." So I am so glad that have you rescheduled for Monday.
