No I dont think it is sweat, because sometimes after I go and wipe up good, I feel drips.. (sorry for TMI) but I have no other way to explain it!

Hi - I have this same problem sometimes. It drives me crazy...cuz I think I am finished...grrrrrrrrr.

Kegels girls!!! Strengthen your pelvic floor. It will help.

Also, you may need to get some estriol cream to put down there.

I haven't had any bladder issues since I started hormones. I believe that lowering estrogen weakens the bladder, or makes it less elastic, as well as everything else "down there".

And Poise Pads look just like light days pads, but soak up more liquid - that would be better than wet undies!! biggrin.gif

Are you sure that you don't have a uti?Sometimes you can get leaks and dribbles of urine when you have one even when you don't have the traditional pain or usual signs of blood in your urine .
The only thing that worked for me when I had some minor leaking( and didn't have a uti) was acupuncture and herbs.I got weekly treatments and that helped basically cure it.The herbs that they gave me had estrogenic properties in them, which I'm thinking might be why it worked so well.

I have had this leaky urine syndrome for awhile. You pee, think you're finished, get up, and are dripping. Kegels, when I remember to do them, do help. But then I stop doing them, and the leaking starts again. Sometimes if you do a few kegels before getting up from the toilet that can help. It's like squeezing the last few drips out before you get up.

I've been told I have a fibroid, although I don't know where it's located or the size. I've heard they can press on your bladder and I sometimes wonder if my bladder issues (which also include urgency) are related to the fibroid. I do not have a UTI.

For a short period I was seeing a wonderful physical therapist who specialized in pelvic floor issues and it really helped. Of course when I left her I stopped doing the exercises regularly, and everything fell down again smile.gif

Dear'bimmergal'
This is very common with us women especially after having children. When I urinate often think am finished but just to make sure raise up a little from the toilet and will often flow a little more.

Kegal Exercises do work.Try them while on computer, reading etc.Forget abour Depends!A few pelvic bends! and you will be fine.

Have a urine test as well to be on the safe side as mild Cystitis can cause dribbling

Hope all goes well

Best Wishes

Sweatsville,
Do you recall what herbs you took? Can you get them at a health food store? I am having issues with a cystocele, (prolapsed bladder) and would like to find something natural to help increase my estrogen some which in turn could help strengthen my ligaments and muscles. Thanks for any help, Hope

Hope I got both rounds of herbs that I took were from 2 different acupuncturists one of whom provided his own custom made mixture. If you can afford to go see

an acupuncture doc where he or she will give you the right ones to take depending on your symptoms.Plus the treatment itself will help strengthen the bladder. It's amazing! The second acupuncture doc that I've been seeing for a while now uses a company called Xymogen. They have a combination of herbs in capsule form and the product is called menofem. Heres a list of the herbs that are in it.
dandelion root 200 mg
dioscorea 10:1 extract ( wild yam) 200 mg
black cohosh extract 150 mg
ashwaganda 100 mg
motherwort 100 mg
red clover 100 mg
dong quai 6:1 extract 75 mg
licorice root extract 12% Glycyrhizin ( what the heck that mean I don't know, lol)
Hope this helps! smile.gif When my symptoms are bad I take 1 capsule three times a day and when things calm down I've had doses as little as one cap per day to a 3 times per week.
